Whilst take-up levels in 2023 were down 13% year-on-year, Grade A stock is reducing with only 2% availability at present. With no committed new development and new refurbishment schemes securing pre-lets, occupiers with large space requirements will need to move quickly in 2024 to secure the best available options.
