Adapt Commercial Property were delighted to act on behalf of iNTER Performing Arts Academy (formerly UK Theatre School) to secure a new 10-year lease at 4 West Regent Street.
Based on the 7,577 sq ft first floor, iNTER is one of Glasgow’s best-known independent performing arts schools specialising in acting, musical theatre, singing, dance, stage and screen performance.
The academy runs junior and senior programmes, audition-based courses, holiday schools, private tuition and casting support. They also offer exam training and have a reputation for preparing students for UK drama schools and West End-style performance careers.
